How it works

1. Enter the DOI of your paper. The tool gathers information about your paper and checks what the journal allows.
2. See what you can share. If your paper is already freely available you are done. If the journal allows sharing, you will be asked for the accepted manuscript — the version you sent the publisher after peer review, without publisher logos or formatting.
3. Deposit. Give your email and the library checks the deposit is legal, then adds it to UGSpace to promote and preserve your work. If the journal does not allow open sharing, the library can still keep the publisher PDF in UGSpace and share it on your behalf when it is requested.
