Mondays - Fridays: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.*

Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.*

*Please note: The hours above reflect regular semester hours. Between semesters, hours will be:

Who can use this service?

This service is intended primarily for University of Ghana students, faculty, and staff.

What kind of questions may I ask?

Generally, short, ready-reference questions (e.g., Where can I find Economics books? Does the library have a typewriter I can use?) work best with IM. We will however attempt to answer all of your questions but depending on your question, we may ask you to phone us or stop by the Reference Desk in order to have your question answered fully.

Will I need to wait to chat with a librarian?

Patrons at the Reference Desk have priority over IM patrons. IM patrons are taken on a first-come-first-served order.

Thank you.
